How to Request a Replacement or Refund:

For Replacements (Defects or Errors): Please include a photograph of the received product, highlighting the defect or error. This helps us process your replacement efficiently and prevent similar issues in the future. Once our team reviews your claim, we’ll arrange a free replacement for you. Please note that replacement processing and delivery times are similar to our standard order timelines (3-7 business days for processing and 1-4 weeks for delivery).
For Refunds (Defects or Errors After Receipt): Once your claim is approved, a full refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days on our end, with potential additional processing time from your financial institution.
Situations Where Replacements or Refunds Are Not Offered:

For All Other Inquiries:

Please note that customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping costs. Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear after we receive your return. (Please be aware that unauthorized returns or items that have been washed, worn, or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement and will be forfeited.)
Modifying or Cancelling Your Order:
You have a 12-hour window after placing your order to contact our customer service team for any modifications or cancellations. After this 12-hour period, your order will have entered production and cannot be changed. If a cancellation is possible, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3-5 business days on our end, with potential additional processing time from your financial institution.
What to Do If Your Refund is Delayed:

Handling Damaged or Incorrect Orders:
We strive for perfection, but in the rare event you receive a damaged item, a low-quality print, or the wrong product, we guarantee your 100% satisfaction. We will gladly offer a free replacement or a refund for the affected items. If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived:
If your US order hasn’t arrived within 30 days or your international order within 60 days (excluding the 3-7 day processing time), please contact our support heroes at support@rapboxstore.com for a full refund. Please note that this policy does not cover errors made by customers in providing incorrect shipping information or missed deliveries.
