We stand behind our products. If your order has a defect or error, we’ll gladly offer a free replacement or full refund.
Eligible for Replacement or Refund:

Damaged or poor-quality prints.

Wrong item or size received.

Order not received within 30 days (US) or 60 days (international).
How to Request: Email us at support@rapboxstore.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

Replacement: We’ll review and send a new item. Standard processing and shipping times apply.

Refund: Approved refunds will return to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
Not Covered:

Incorrect size chosen by customer.

Wrong shipping address provided.

Dislike of material (Polyester).

Changes after printing/shipping.

Unauthorized returns.

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Custom items cannot be returned unless defective.
