RapBox Replacement & Refund Policy

We stand behind our products. If your order has a defect or error, we’ll gladly offer a free replacement or full refund.

Eligible for Replacement or Refund:

  • Damaged or poor-quality prints.

  • Wrong item or size received.

  • Order not received within 30 days (US) or 60 days (international).

How to Request: Email us at support@rapboxstore.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

  • Replacement: We’ll review and send a new item. Standard processing and shipping times apply.

  • Refund: Approved refunds will return to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Not Covered:

  • Incorrect size chosen by customer.

  • Wrong shipping address provided.

  • Dislike of material (Polyester).

  • Changes after printing/shipping.

  • Unauthorized returns.

Other Notes:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Custom items cannot be returned unless defective.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

  • Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of ordering.
